The company began operations in April 2013 under Meditrade Trading as a Sole Proprietorship organization focusing on manufacturing medical disposable products. In August 2014, the company was converted to Rozara Meditech (M) Sdn. Bhd. with new investments to expand and streamline the overall company operations.
With a much stronger management and leadership team, the company successfully embarked on ISO certification and was awarded ISO 13485_2003 in February 2015 by SIRIM Malaysia.
The company currently employs more than 25 operational staff and 6 management staff in running its day-to-day operations. Rozara Meditech (M) Sdn. Bhd.’s customer base consists of hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and general medical practitioners locally and abroad.
Apart from manufacturing its own brand of products, Rozara Meditech (M) Sdn. Bhd. also runs a department committed to helping existing and potential customers design and manufacture their own products.

Rozara Meditech (M) SDN BHD’s adoption of ISO 13485: 2003 is an extension of its current Quality Management System. It reaffirms the company’s aim at designing, developing, and manufacturing products that consistently meet customer, technical, and regulatory requirements.
The process approach of ISO 13485: 2003 ensures that the primary components from suppliers reach stringent quality standards. The manufacturing and assembling procedures are regulated for consistency in products to fully satisfy customer, technical, and regulatory expectations.
In organizing a respectable quality management system, Rozara Meditech (M) SDN BHD implements, without material exclusion, the standard requirements of ISO 13485: 2003, including the procedures that enable the company to continually improve the system.
It is stated policy of Rozara Meditech (M) SDN BHD to provide products and service that will fully satisfy customer and regulatory requirement, and continually improve the effectiveness of the company’s quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions, and management requirement review.
